II. Parties to the contract
1. "EKIP" Ltd, EIC 104 535 130, with management address in the Republic of Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo, 34 Kozludzha 2 St., e-mail: sales@proart.bg, with manager Rumen Radov,
referred to in the contract as the Supplier .
2. Any natural or legal person or other legal entity that uses the website proartbg.com in any way, including but not limited to viewing it, ordering from it, returning products, etc.,
referred to in the contract as User.
III. Subject of the contract
1. The Supplier sells and delivers to the User the product selected by him from the catalog on the website proartbg.com, against payment of the price indicated for the relevant product,
according to the terms of this contract.
2. The user orders the product of his choice from the catalog on the website www.proart.bg by filling in a short order form.
3. In the event that the product selected by the User is not available at the time of the order,
he receives information from the Supplier about his options to purchase the product at a later time or in another way.
4. To some of the products from the catalog of the website proartbg.com, the Supplier can provide free of charge other products (gifts) from the same website.
V. Price and methods of payment
1. The user pays the announced price in EUR for the selected product from the catalog on the website proartbg.com
The price indicated on the website is valid only for online orders and is the one announced at the time of the order.
2. The user can choose several payment methods:

2.2. Payment by cash on delivery.
In the various cases of payments, the Provider does not bear any responsibility for any costs in connection with fees,
commissions or other additional payments made by the User on the occasion of the transaction itself, as well as in the cases of currency exchange,
applied by the bank that issued the User's card, in cases where the currency is different from EUR. The costs associated with such payments are solely for the account of the User.
The Supplier has the right to refuse to fulfill (cancel) the order made by the User, for which he should notify the User. The cancellation of the order does not entail any responsibility or
subsequent obligation of any of the parties towards the other in connection with it, a
nd accordingly none of them has the right to seek compensation from the other for its cancellation in the following cases:
• non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the User of the transaction for online payment;
• carrying out the monetary transaction, which does not lead to the receipt of funds on the account of the Supplier in case of online payments
• the data provided by the User on the site are incomplete and/or wrong.
VI. Delivery
1. The delivery is carried out by the largest courier company (ECONT & SPEEDY) in the country to the address or ofice, specified by the User at a time convenient for him,
according to the information provided during the order.
2. In the following cases, delivery terms may differ from the standard conditions stated on the website:
• when the Customer requests express (urgent) delivery;
• when the Customer chooses to use a courier service other than those partnered with EKIP Ltd.;
• when the order is to be delivered outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
In such cases, the delivery timeframe and shipping fees shall be determined individually and agreed upon additionally with the Customer.
VII. Delivery term
1. Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day are shipped the same day if all products are in stock. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the next business day if in stock.
Orders that are not kept in stock are made and delivered within 5 working days. For very large quantities, the terms are agreed with the customer.
2. The delivery period starts from the moment when the User confirms the placed order on the contact phone indicated by him.
3. In the event that the User has provided a wrong/invalid contact phone number and e-mail, the delivery cannot be made due to his fault.
The User must contact the Supplier to validate the order placed.
4. The maximum delivery time is 10 working days. There may be an exception in rare cases of delivery to small towns that are served according to the schedule of the courier company.
In these cases, the exact delivery time is specified when the order is confirmed.
VIII. Liability and information
1. In the event that the User does not receive a call to confirm the order on the telephone number or e-mail indicated by him within 2 (two) working days,
he should contact the National Telephone Provider published on the site: 0885837483 or 0885617613 .
2. The Supplier is not responsible for the inability of the User to receive the product ordered by him from the catalog of the website proartbg.com,
due to incorrect data provided by him for the order or his failure to appear at the delivery address.
IX. Return of goods
1. The user is obliged to check the contents of the package immediately after receiving it to ensure that it corresponds to his request.
2. The user has the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery and to be reimbursed the price paid if the product does not conform or if the defect is due to the fault of the Supplier.
The return of the goods is permissible only if the following conditions are met:
• the item has not been used
• the goods have not been altered in any other way
• the goods were returned with intact appearance and packaging.
Packaging does not include the envelopes and other packaging materials used to transport the goods, other than the factory packaging of the goods.
It is the User's duty to store the goods with due care and in accordance with the manufacturer's storage instructions until the date of its return.
3. Transport costs for the return of the goods are for the account of the User. The following costs are not subject to reimbursement: shipping costs and bank commissions paid by the User
for making the payment.
X. Protection of personal data
1. All personal data of the User, necessary for the conclusion of the transaction and its execution, are processed strictly confidentially in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
2. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, it is considered that the User has agreed to the collection of his personal data ONLY in connection with the payment and delivery of products
ordered by him from the website catalog.
3. The user is responsible for the veracity of the personal data and information provided by him in connection with the purchase of products from the catalog on the website proartbg.com.
XI. Applicable law
This contract has been drawn up in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and all interpretations, unresolved issues and disputes related to it are decided by the Bulgarian laws
and the Bulgarian competent authorities.
XII. Other terms
1. In the event that a clause or clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, for any reason, prove to be invalid or contrary to mandatory provisions of the law, this will not invalidate other clauses or
the entire distance delivery contract, but will be replaced with the mandatory provisions of the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria or established practice.
2. The Provider reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time without the need to notify the User.
3. Every time the user uses the website proartbg.com and makes orders from it, the user undertakes to inform himself about the current General Terms and Conditions for use
and distance sales and to save them
on his computer or in another device.
4. The relevant provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria apply to matters not settled in this contract.
